The Big Reveal

The hidden mysteries of the universe and beyond exposed at CBS Family Camp!

One of the unique elements of camp is to be away from the distraction of everyday life to encounter God. The reality of this statement is not found in the 26-mile passage to Catalina, the rustic charm of Campus by the Sea, nor the authentic program and fantastic recreation of a week on Catalina Island. The big reveal is the nature of God is all about revelation. God reveals himself in Creation, in Community, in the Scripture and his Son, Jesus. It is no mistake that all of these are what draw families back to Family Camp year after year. That is why the 2020 CBS Family Camp theme is the BIG REVEAL!

As the plans come together for SUMMER 2020, the focus in everything we do will be about this great God of revelation how his heart’s desire is to make himself known to people. In our two sessions of Family Camp, we will worship his glory and beauty in Creation, find peace in his love and the love of Community around us, go deep into his Word, and grow close to his Son, Jesus. Built on the tradition of excellent teaching and heartful worship, programs that reach to youngest to the oldest camper and the fun and refreshment of camping next to the pacific Family Camp 2020 promise to be a historical pivot point.
