Family Camp Rates and Registration

2013 Registraton at 2012 Rates!

We know finances are still tight for many so we are making the bold step to offer 2013 Family Camp at 2012 rates. There will be no increase in prices to come to this popular program. So make your plans now to get your paperwork in the mail on opening day of registration: February 1st, 2013. No registrations will be accepted if post marked early. FedEx, Express, or Priority Mail is not necessary. All mail post marked February 1 will be given the same priority.

Family Camp Rates for Summer 2013 (Same as 2012 - no rate increase!)

Choice of two methods to calculate your family’s lowest charge. Both rates include all meals, lodging, recreation, program activities, and a mid-week excursion to Avalon.

Individual Rates: Includes round-trip transportation between the mainland and Campus by the Sea.

Large Family Rate: Beneficial for families with six or more members at adult rate. Covered under this rate: mother and/or father and all single children under the age of 25. Transportation from mainland to CBS is charged additionally per person.

Transportation

A chartered ferry, scheduled for one specific time, will be announced a month before camp. Fare is neither refundable nor transferable. Any alternate transportation plans will not be compensated.

Cancellation

$500.00 Deposit is nonrefundable and at risk from time of confirmation. A $65 no show fee will be charged for individual guests who cancel from your registration less than four weeks prior to camp date.

Registration Instructions

  1. Download, complete and sign the registration form (Please, only one family per registration form).
  2. Include a non refundable deposit check for the amount of $500.00 made payable to Campus By The Sea.
  3. Mail non refundable deposit check and registration to:

Registration begins February 1st, 2013! Registration forms and deposits must NOT be postmarked prior to February 1, 2013.
