Work

To accomplish our mission, Campus by the Sea recruits men and women to serve at our facility on Santa Catalina Island. Those who serve fall into one of two categories:

Summer Volunteers: We need 30-40 volunteers each summer to work with either our Family Camp program or with our Facilities team. These are non paid positions but we provide room and board, transportation to and from the island, exciting recreational opportunities and an environment for spiritual growth. The sub categories of this section give more details.

Year Round Employment: About fifteen men and women live and work year round at Campus by the Sea. The links describe the current positions that we are seeking to fill.
