CBS offers year-round positions for ongoing and limited term positions.
Ongoing and Limited Term Positions
Limited Term Positions: Join the CBS team for a set period of time, usually 12 months or less. Workers are paid hourly.
Ongoing Positions: These skilled positions may require extensive experience and require a longer commitment.
Both types of positions include benefits. Workers live on the camp property with room & board considered part of compensation package.
A CBS staff member should be someone who is:
- committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and willing to be a physical example of God’s grace to campers
- willing to live and work in community with, and under the authority of, others on staff.
- willing to work hard and take personal responsibility to bring joy to the work of the community and to the challenge of serving campers and other staff.
- 18 years of age or older.
- in good health and able to live and work in a rustic camp environment.
