Summer Crew Opportunities

Campus by the Sea is looking for individuals who will help us serve our guests while living in Christian community. We are seeking summer crew for the ten week summer season to cook in the kitchen, maintain the facility, and manage the waterfront. We welcome our crew to come earlier in the season and/or stay later in the season if their schedule allows. There are also opportunities for post season employment. The summer crew live as a community in tent cabins at Little Gallagher's Cove, adjacent to our main camp, and are trained in job skills and teamwork. Crew also enjoy morning devotions with their teams.

To apply for Summer Facility Crew and Summer Kitchen Crew you must download* and complete:

  1. The Volunteer Application.
  2. Two (2) references from the list below, one of which must be an IV Staff or Pastor reference.
  3. Compose an email, attach the saved application and two references and send to:

*IMPORTANT*

Save the fillable MS Word docs to your computer's desktop first. Then open from your desktop before entering your info and then Save As completed application, including your name in new file name (example: "JOHN DOE CBS Vol App.docx") before attaching to your email. Confirm your info is saving. Call the camp office if you would like more information. Summer applications are accepted from New Year's until positions are filled.
