A 20% minimum deposit is due two weeks from the time the contract is sent. The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable including the deposit for unused spots. Spots can be dropped up to five months before the start of camp and only the deposit will be lost. Full payment is required four weeks prior to the start of the camp session.
Total Rate includes meals & lodging, use of recreation equipment, and boat fare for chartered transportation on the Catalina Express to and from the San Pedro Port.
Ratio 1:7 - Groups must send one counselor per six students of each gender. Counselors must be over 19 years old and preferably have been out of High school for at least one year. If you must bring a counselor that is just 18 please let the CBS registrar know as there are steps for registration to complete to get them within the adult program.
Please Note – POLICY CHANGE for 2027: Starting in 2027, the Counselor/Leader price will apply only to adults who fall within the 1:7 student-to-leader ratio for each gender.
For example, if you bring 8 girls, 2 female leaders would qualify for the Counselor/Leader price. Any additional adults beyond the required 1:7 ratio will be charged the Student Price.

Sessions 1 - 3 are 3 night/4 day sessions, while Sessions 4-6 are 4 night/5 day sessions. Registration for non returning 2026 groups will start mid September, please email Selita if you would like to be included on an initial registration opening email.

*If your church group is requesting to be waitlisted or would like to be on the list to be contacted about 2028, please email Selita. The CBS registrar will inform you if spots become available. At this time CBS does not take individual camper registrations.
