NEW CHURCH GROUP REGISTRATION

To request spots for your youth group for summer youth camp, complete the form below. Please know that we expect to fill up each youth camp session. 

If your church is bringing groups to multiple sessions (i.e. Junior High and Senior High groups coming separately) please fill out a form for each group. Once your form has been processed, you will receive a contract through Adobe Signature and an email with more information on how to submit your deposit within our reservation system, Campwise (additional 3% for credit/debit card transactions), or by mail. Registration is not confirmed until a contract and deposit have been received. 

*The non-refundable deposit amount of 20% of the minimum number of contracted campers is due within two weeks of the contract being sent. If you would like to reduce the number of campers you are bringing, please notify us at least five months before the camp start date and you will only lose the deposit for those campers. The full contract amount will be due after five months from the start of camp. The contract balance of your minimum amount of campers contracted is due four weeks before the camp start date by check or credit card (additional 3% fee). If campers are added after the final balance is paid, a separate invoice with be issued.

  • Total Rate includes meals & lodging, use of recreation equipment, and boat fare for chartered transportation on the Catalina Express to and from the San Pedro Port.

  • Ratio 1:6 - Groups must send one counselor per six students of each gender. Counselors must be over 19 years old and preferably have been out of High school for at least one year.
