First-Time Family Camp Registration:

If this is your first time registering for our Family Camp program, please complete the form below. Each household (i.e., sharing the same housing unit at camp) should complete their own form, if you would like multiple units please fill out a form for each unit. Once your form has been processed, you will receive instructions for submitting your deposit within our reservation system. The non-refundable deposit is $500 per household, registration is not confirmed until deposit has been received. The balance of fees is due four months before your camp session start date.

  • Per person rates include all meals, lodging, and private, round-trip transportation between the mainland and Campus by the Sea.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made more than four (4) months prior to the scheduled arrival date will only forfeit the deposit.

    • Cancellations made within four (4) months of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full amount due based on the most recently confirmed number of attendees on the family’s reservation.

    • All cancellation notices must be made by telephone at 310-510-0015 and promptly confirmed by email to the Camp office at office@campusbythesea.org.
