KENT & ROBIN KRANING

Kent Kraning is a dynamic speaker known for his compelling storytelling, humor, and biblically grounded teaching on marriage and parenting. Together with his wife, Robin, he serves as a Field Shepherd with Standing Stone Ministries, which supports and strengthens ministry couples across the country. The Kranings minister side by side, pouring into the lives of pastors and ministry leaders.

Kent spent more than 12 years at Yorba Linda Friends Church, most recently as Pastor of Marriage Life and Senior Ministry, before joining Standing Stone. He is a sought-after speaker at churches, family camps, and conferences, and the author of Dirt Grenades, a practical and heartfelt guide to intentional parenting that resonates deeply with families who are striving to raise children rooted in faith.

Married for over 40 years, Kent and Robin are the proud parents of six sons, three beloved daughters-in-law, one future daughter-in-law, and ten “grand-lambs.”

CBS Family Camp holds a special place in their hearts. While raising their boys, the Kranings attended and spoke at Family Camp for more than a decade—a season rich with meaningful memories and lifelong friendships.

In addition to his ministry work, Kent also serves as Chaplain for the Orange County Fire Authority.
