THE SUMMER STAFF EXPERIENCE:
SUMMER STAFF POSITIONS
PROGRAM
The program team works directly with campers to facilitate games, Bible studies, and worship, serving campers in many ways to help our campers grow in Christ.
We are still looking to hire an experienced videographer whose main responsibility would be to capture videos throughout the summer.
KITCHEN
The kitchen prepares meals and snacks for campers and staff. The kitchen staff also manages dishes and prepares the dining room for the next meal utilizing OTS (Opportunity To Serve) volunteers.
GROUNDS CREW / LIFEGUARD
Most mornings the grounds crew cleans and maintains camp, transports grocery deliveries, and prepares the recreation options and its equipment.
In the afternoons, most crew become lifeguards* and monitor the swim area and facilitate all water sports, including kayaks and stand-up paddle boards.
*Lifeguard training is available onsite.
DATES
Summer staff arrive at camp May 31st for orientation and stay until Agust 4th.
MEALS
Delicious meals are provided!
HOUSING
Housing is provided in a private cove near main camp. Summer staff stay in rustic bungalows feet from the water’s edge. Hot showers and flush toilets are available in the main camp area.
PAY
Summer staff pay starts at $348 per week after deductions for housing and meals. Summer staff will have 24-48 hours off each week.
