Located on Catalina Island, Campus by the Sea is the only Christian oceanfront camp and retreat center in California. Be a part of our camp family and make lifelong friends while living in community with other believers. Our private cove is only accessible by boat--15 minutes from Avalon, offering increased camaraderie with your colleagues and peace in your life. You will be a part of continuing Campus by the Sea’s 70-year legacy by serving students, adults, and families to help them experience faith, fun, and fellowship in new ways. All positions are paid. Benefits include onsite housing and amazing recreation opportunities, including unlimited snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, pickleball, basketball, fishing, hiking, and looking for shells on our rocky beach.
ONGOING EMPLOYMENT
Full time - Our full-time employees work 12 months per year.
Seasonal - Our seasonal staff can work up to 11 months per year (February - November).
SUMMER STAFF (10 WEEKS)
Summer staff - Our summer staff work with us for our 10 week summer season (June 1 - August 12, 2024).
