Seasonal Positions
“Work from home” oceanside! Live and work in our private Catalina Island cove, supporting our ministry to transform lives for God’s glory through faith, fun, and fellowship. As part of our “camp family” you will live in community, steps from the ocean, and serve students, adults, and families of all ages. We are looking for individuals with strong faith, a great work ethic and a heart for serving our guests mid-February through mid-November. Opportunities include dining services, and facilities/lifeguarding. Job training provided.

Perks of a seasonal employee
Our seasonal employees enjoy work and play on the island beyond our summer program camps. Seasonal employees have the privilege of learning to drive boats and other exciting skills not available to our summer staff. Seasonal workers are also allowed to scuba dive, spearfish, check out the staff skiff and other awesome perks.
Life as a seasonal employee
From March to November our seasonal employees are a vital part of our ministry, from cooking meals to maintaining camp and even life guarding. During the “off season” (November to February) we work on major projects and improvements. Seasonal employees help us maintain our floats, help with demolition and construction, repair cabins and grounds, trim trees, load and unload barges, and much more.
